PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayered information recording medium stably obtaining a recording/reproducing signal and a tracking signal.

SOLUTION: In the information recording medium which includes a first information layer formed on a transparent substrate having a concentric or spiral track and a second information layer formed on the first information layer and wherein optical recording and reproduction can be performed from one surface side, eccentricity of the track of each information layer is 0 to 70 μm.
