PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide underpants designed so as to make an urine-absorbing body and the urinary meatus of a wearer always take an appropriate positional relation to surely absorb excreted urine by the urine-absorbing body. SOLUTION: The underpants P flexibly store the urine-absorbing body N between an outer crotch cloth C and an inner crotch cloth C' disposed at a portion corresponding to the crotch part of the wearer toward the back from the front thereof, wherein the funnel-like part N1a is formed at the urine-absorbing body N, the outer crotch cloth C and the inner crotch cloth C' each comprising an outer fry (A), an inner fry (A'), an outer crotch girth cloth B and an inner crotch girth cloth B' the end parts of which take each on a circular-arc state, and the funnel-like part N1a of the urine-absorbing body N is disposed in the vicinity of the sewn-up parts D1, D1' formed through sewing up the edge part of the fry part and the edge part of the crotch girth cloth.
