PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crosslinkable nitrile rubber composition giving a rubber crosslinked product excellent in ozone resistance, small in gasoline permeability and less in gasoline precipitate, and to provide a crosslinked product thereof. SOLUTION: This crosslinkable nitrile rubber composition comprises 5-200 pts.wt. of magnesium silicate (C) having≤20μm average particle diameter to 100 pts.wt. of a rubber mixture comprising 40-90 wt.% nirile group-containing copolymer rubber (A) having anα,β-ethylenic unsaturated dicarboxylic acid monoester monomer unit and 60-10 wt.% carboxy group-containing acrylic rubber (B), where 0.05-3 mole polyamine-based crosslinking agent (D) is contained to 1 mole carboxy group in the rubber mixture.
