Provided are antibody specifically binding to surface antigen pre-S1 (preS1) of hepatitis B virus (HBV), polynucleotide coding the antibody, an expression vector comprising the polynucleotide, a transformant comprising the expression vector, and uses of the antibody for preventing or treating HBV infection, and uses of the antibody for detecting HBV. The antibody may comprise: a heavy chain variable region including a heavy chain CDR1 listed as SEQ ID NO: 2, a heavy chain CDR2 listed as SEQ ID NO: 24, and a heavy chain CDR3 listed as SEQ ID NO: 21; and a light chain variable region including a light chain CDR1 listed as SEQ ID NO: 9, a light chain CDR2 listed as SEQ ID NO: 27, and a light chain CDR3 listed as SEQ ID NO: 13. |
