PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor device capable of easily and accurately performing positioning of an electronic component while achieving a reduction in size, and further to provide an electronic apparatus.SOLUTION: A sensor device 1 includes: a fixing member 3 having fixing surfaces 101 and 102 at an inside; and at least one of electronic components 711 and 712 directly or indirectly fixed to the fixing surfaces 101 and 102 of the fixing member 3. The fixing member 3 constitutes a part of a casing 10 accommodating the electronic components 711 and 712.
