PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means of shielding optics, such as human visual organ, from light interference.SOLUTION: An electromagnetic shielding assembly 10 includes a transparent substrate layer 12 and a transparent active layer 14 that are positioned with respect to the substrate, where the active layer 14 is configured to absorb electromagnetic radiation 16 having a first wavelength and emit electromagnetic radiation 18 having a second wavelength different from the first wavelength, the active layer 14 including fluorescent molecules combined with a base material, the fluorescent molecules being configured to absorb electromagnetic radiation 16 having the first wavelength and emit the electromagnetic radiation 18 having the second wavelength, where the first wavelength is in a visible electromagnetic spectrum and the second wavelength is in a non-visible electromagnetic spectrum.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
