PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image formation device that can specify problems about output images perceived by users, and can resolve the problems.SOLUTION: An image formation device 1 comprises: an image formation unit 12; a display unit 473; an irregularity image information reception unit 101; a cause specification unit 103; and an action control unit 104. The irregularity image information reception unit 101 is configured to cause image data to be displayed on the display unit 473, and receive specifications of a position and category of an irregularity image generated in a recording sheet where the image formation unit 12 forms an image from users. The cause specification unit 103 is configured to specify a cause of the generated irregularity image on the basis of the position and category of the irregularity image received by the irregularity image information reception unit 101. The action control unit 104 is configured to control a cleaning unit cleaning each drive unit of the image formation unit 12 to implement predetermined cleaning actions corresponding to the cause specified by the cause specification unit 103.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
