PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition capable of forming a thin film which is less likely to cause coloration, can effectively reduce the transmittance of ultraviolet rays, can keep an effect for suppressing the transmittance of the ultraviolet rays good even after continuously irradiated with ultraviolet light for a long time period, and can suppress generation of haze.SOLUTION: A resin composition contains a resin, a compound represented by formula (1) and a compound represented by formula (TA1).
