PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for receiving multimedia data in an MPEG (Moving Picture Experts Group) media transmission (MMT) system.SOLUTION: A method includes the steps of: receiving an MPU (Media Processing Unit) divided into one or more MFU (Media Fragment Units); generating one or more multimedia packets, each including a packet header and a payload, on the basis of the MPU; and transmitting the one or more multimedia packets to a terminal. A payload header included in the payload includes identification information which indicates an MPU to which at least one MFU included in the payload belongs, and a counter which indicates the number of the at least one MFU.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
