PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of circuit elements provided on each pixel, in a display device that utilizes quantum dots.SOLUTION: A pixel is provided with a selection transistor 10 and a light-emitting transistor 20. The selection transistor 10 comprises: a gate electrode 14 connected with a scanning line 51; a first source-drain electrode 12 connected with a signal line 52; and a second source-drain electrode 13. The light-emitting transistor 20 comprises: a gate electrode 21 connected with the second source-drain electrode 13 of the selection transistor 10; a first electrode 22 connected with first wiring 53; a second electrode 23 connected with second wiring 54; and a channel layer 24 that includes quantum dots. The light-emitting transistor 20 makes the quantum dots emit light by carriers flowing in the channel layer 24.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
