PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe holding connection structure which enables reduction of a width of an entire structure, the number of components, and assembly work processes.SOLUTION: A pipe holding connection structure 30a includes: a housing 32 which is fixed so as to close an opening part 6 of a vacuum vessel 4 in an airtight manner; a first pipe 50 having a portion located close to an end part and penetrating through the opening part 6 and the housing 32; and a second pipe 60 having a female screw part 64 which threadedly engages with a male screw part 56 of the end part of the first pipe 50. The pipe 50 has an engagement part 52. A fluid 2 flows in the pipes 50, 60. Packings 72 are provided between the pipe 50 and the housing 32 and packings 73 are provided between the pipe 50 and the end part of the pipe 60. The pipe holding connection structure 30a may be used in a high frequency antenna device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
