a determination unit configured to determine whether a predetermined condition for performing communication processing between an information processing system relating to a service provider and a wireless communication apparatus is satisfied, wherein the predetermined condition is satisfied based on a predetermined operation input to the wireless communication apparatus by a user, and wherein information of the predetermined operation input is transmitted to the information processing system via a first Selected Home Operator (SHO); and a control unit configured to:
in response to receiving the information of the predetermined operation input via the first SHO, transmit, in case the predetermined condition is satisfied, a setting request for setting a connection right for the wireless communication apparatus to a Registration Operator (RO),set a connection right, to connect to a predetermined network using wireless communication, for the wireless communication apparatus based on setting information for setting the connection right set by a second Selected Home Operator (SHO) and provided to the wireless communication apparatus via the RO, andperform control in a manner that the wireless communication apparatus connects to the predetermined network based on the set connection right and performs the communication processing with the information processing system.
