PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recover microorganism colony cultured with agar medium etc. in a manner where a given amount of it may be efficiently and successively recovered.SOLUTION: A colony is recovered with a colony recovery tool, which comprises: a main body part which has a long hollow shape, whose both ends in an axis direction are opened and which comprises a fine linear main body tip end part movably supporting a tip end part of the push rod inserted into an inner section in the axis direction; and the push rod arranged in the main body part in a manner where whose tip is movable in the axis direction between a position away from opening position of the main body tip end part to rear side of the main body tip end part and position outwardly projecting in the axis direction from the opening position or the same position with the opening position, and at least the main body tip end part and tip end part of the push rod are made of metal material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
