PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet having a printed portion which is formed by an inkjet method and is excellent in color development and aesthetic property; and a method for producing a decorative sheet capable of efficiently producing a decorative sheet having a printed portion which is formed by an inkjet method and is excellent in color development and aesthetic property.SOLUTION: A decorative sheet has: a base material formed of a material containing a resin material; a printed layer formed on the base material by imparting ink containing a solvent which dissolves or swells the resin material to the base material by an inkjet method; and a hard material layer arranged on the side of a surface of the base material in which the printed layer is provided.
