PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording device which prevents a difference in image quality from occurring between front and back sides of a sheet in double-sided recording.SOLUTION: An inkjet recording device comprises: a conveying portion that comprises an adhesion surface and conveys a sheet while holding the sheet by the adhesion surface; a recording portion that can perform recording on the sheet being conveyed by the conveying portion; a releasing portion that releases the sheet held by the conveying portion; and a sheet reversing portion that reverses the front and back sides of the sheet conveyed by the conveying portion and released. A control portion performs control in such a manner that: conveying means conveys the sheet in advance in a state where the recording is not performed by the recording portion (S302); a sheet reversing portion reverses the front and back sides of the sheet after the sheet is conveyed (S303); then the conveying portion conveys the sheet and the recording portion performs recording on a first surface of the reversed sheet (S304); the sheet reversing portion reverses the front and back sides of the sheet after the recording is performed on the first surface (S305); and then the conveying portion conveys the sheet and the recording portion performs recording on a second surface of the reversed sheet (S306).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
