PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform resource allocation for virtual machines constituting a virtual edge.SOLUTION: A resource allocation control system selects, from among a plurality of virtual machines that virtually provide an edge function of a network, some of the plurality of virtual machines as a rearrangement target machine to be rearranged.
