Echinacea supplement and method of manufacture

An Echinacea composition comprising from about 0.2mg/ml to about 500mg/ml cichoric acid, from about 0.02mg/ml to about 50 mg/ml Echinacea alkylamides and from about 10mg/ml to about 800 mg/ml Echinacea polysaccharides and a method of preparing said composition.
