According to an embodiment of the present invention, an operation method of a management server includes: a step of allowing the management server to manage tuning setting information including a communication parameter for normal communication between a card reader device and a portable terminal by building a database by model of the portable terminal and OS version; and a step of allowing the management server to transmit the tuning setting information to the portable terminal which requests the tuning setting information when a request for the tuning setting information is received from the portable terminal.
