PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microorganism detection device, a microorganism detection program, and a microorganism detection method in which a microorganism colony is detected in a short time, a microorganism is not killed in detecting the colony.SOLUTION: A microorganism detection device 1 comprises: an imaging part 2 which irradiates a substrate 6, to which a sample dyed by fluorescent dyeing agent is attached, with excitation light, and captures an image of the substrate to acquire a substrate image; a brightness correcting means 41 for allowing the imaging part to acquire a substrate image at a predetermined cycle after dyeing the sample, obtaining brightness by each zone, which consists of one or a plurality of pixels, on each substrate image, and calculating corrected brightness created by correcting the brightness of each zone by using the background brightness of the substrate image as a reference; and determining means 46 for determining that a microorganism colony exists in a zone where at least one of the corrected brightness which exceeded a predetermined value and a changing rate of the corrected brightness which exceeded a predetermined value occurs with time. Even if fluorescent brightness and contaminant of the microorganism colony and fluorescent brightness of substrate background are about the same level, the detection device does not make erroneous detection.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
