PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation recognition device which achieves a desired function by more natural movement, without extorsion to a user.SOLUTION: A space in which one or more still lives are arranged, is imaged, at least a part of a user's body in the space is detected, and then based on the imaged photographic image, the space is subjected to 3D modeling. Then, based on a detection result, portion data formed of three-dimensional coordinate data for specifying a position of at least a part of the user's body is acquired. It is determined whether or not the portion data acquired by portion data acquisition means is included in a surrounding space which includes at least a surrounding of a space which is occupied by at least one still life among one or more still life models included in the space subjected to 3D modeling, and when it is determined that the portion data is included in the surrounding space, a predetermined function is executed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
