Disclosed is a user information-based remote rescue method. The method comprises the following steps: a user terminal sends remote rescue information to a network hospital platform; the network hospital platform authenticates the user information, and provides a remote rescue interaction interface after the authentication is passed, so as to allow the user terminal to input current conditions of a wounded person by means of the remote rescue interaction interface; and the network hospital platform determines a corresponding rescue measure according to the received current conditions of the wounded person and sends the rescue measure to the user terminal for display. Also disclosed are a network hospital platform and a user terminal. In the solution of the present invention, when a wounded person has an accident, remote rescue information is directly sent to a network hospital platform by means of a user terminal, the network hospital platform matches a corresponding rescue measure according to an authentication result of user information so as to provide a rescue guidance to the wounded person, and accordingly timely emergency aid can be provided to the wounded person, thereby avoiding serious consequences caused by the delay of rescue time. |
