PURPOSE:To increase the reliability of data, by taking comparison of accessed data or decision by majority, through the assignment of the same addresses at a specified area of a memory space. CONSTITUTION:A selector switch circuit 1 makes alteration if a specific address is assigned to all the area of an address space of a memory element group in addition to an address decoder 2, memory element group 3, and data buffer group 6, or if the same address is assigned at each specified area. A discriminating circuit 5 takes decision by majority for the data read out from a plurality of areas where the same address of the memory elemenr group 2 is assigned or comparison. A control circuit 4 controls the operation of the data buffer group 6 and the circuit 5 according to the output of the circuit 1. |
