PURPOSE:To decrease the retrieval processing time designating a page buffer, by preparing a set chain by a set pointer as to a page buffer belonging to an LRU chain. CONSTITUTION:An address of a page buffer 1-0 is B0, an address of a page buffer 1-2 is B2..., an address of a page control tabel is A0, and an address of a page control table 2-2 is A2. Each page cntrol table has a page buffer pointer, and a page control table 2-12 points out a page buffer i-12 with the content B12 of the pointer. The page buffer where a specified page information is transferred is managed with an LRO algorithm. |
