PURPOSE:To reduce the power consumption, by reducing the wiring region through simplified constitution of a bit line current switching section and decreasing the load of a bit driver circuit driving it. CONSTITUTION:A collector current of a current supplying transistor (TR)T341 is supplied to a load RP1 of a bit line pull-up circuit PLP1 via TRs TP1 and TP2 connected commonly to the emitter and collector. The base of TRs TP1, TP2 is connected to the base of TRs T71 and T81 of a pre-sense amplifier PSA1 commonly to bit line pairs B11 and B12, and all the emitters are commonly connected to the collector of the TRT341. |
