PURPOSE:To make the automation of assembling easy and to increase the S/N, by bonding a composite transformer part on a front core plane, after the primary and secondary air-core coils shaped in advance are loaded on an open magnet type shell transformer of the composite transformer and a yoke of a back core. CONSTITUTION:The 1st head core 21a and the 2nd head core 21b made of plate shape magnetic substance are glass-bonded via a magnetic gap 22. A gap 23 which is sufficiently wider than the gap 22 is magnetically separated the 1st and 2nd head cores 21a, 21b at the rear part and the gap is filled in a nonmagnetic substance such as glass. The magnetic head front core is formed with the 1st and 2nd head cores 21a, 21b. A magnetic head back core 24 is bonded with the head cores 21a, 21b to complete one ring-shape magnetic head core. The secondary winding 30 with the primary winding of the one-turn winding 31 is inserted to a groove 27 provided around a center magnetic core 27 of a transformer core 26. A closed magnetic path is formed by bonding the open magnet plane of the transformer core 26 to the 1st head core 21a. |
