The invention relates to a structural profile having a square outer cross-section, in which there are arranged a plurality of cavities (4, 5, 7) running in the longitudinal direction of the profile, some of which are accessible from the sides of the profile and some of which are closed. In order to improve and increase the possible applications of the structural profile, to increase its bending strength, to reduce its weight and to reduce the production costs, the invention proposes that there be arranged in the profile (1) a cavity (3) which runs centrally with respect to the longitudinal axis (2) of the profile and has a circular cross-section. <IMAGE>
