PURPOSE:To provide the title composition having high dynamic modulus of elasticity after vulcanization and excellent fracture properties. CONSTITUTION:The title composition is made by mixing 100 pts.wt. rubber component comprising at least one of natural rubber, polyisoprene rubber, polybutadiene rubber, styrene/butadiene copolymer rubber, and butyl rubber with 70-90 pts.wt. carbon black having a mean particle diameter of 40mum or smaller, 5-20 pts.wt. modified phenolic novolak resin, 1-10 pts.wt. hexa- or pentamethoxyhexamethylolmelamine monomer or partial condensate thereof, and 20-35 pts.wt. polymeric cardanol having a viscosity of 20,000-50,000cP. |
