AROMATIC POLYESTER RESIN PARTICLE

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain the title particles which is dyeable deeply and improved in light fastness by reacting a polycarboxylic acid component comprising an aromatic carboxylic acid (derivative) with a polyalcohol component comprising ethylene glycol. CONSTITUTION:Ionic groups are introduced into a polyester resin obtained by reacting a polycarboxylic acid component comprising aromatic carboxylic acid (derivatives) consisting of 40-95mol% terephthalic acid (derivative) and 60-5mol% isophthalic acid (derivative) and having a content of the both of at least 80mol% with a polyalcohol component comprising at least 90mol% ethylene glycol (derivative) to obtain aromatic polyester resin particles consisting mainly of a polyester resin of a content of ionic groups of 20-50 equivalents/106g and having a mean particle diameter (D) of 0.2-50mum and a content of particles of diameters in the range of 0.5D-0.2D of at least 80wt.% based on all the particles.
