PURPOSE: To improve an administration velocity by increasing a dermal concentration of an ionically introduced active substance percutaneously administered by an ion-introducing method. CONSTITUTION: A composition capable of being used as a medicinal agent used as an ion-introducing administration and having effects for increasing dermal concentration of the active agent by adding (B) a vasoconstrictor in an amount for increasing the concentration in the skin, preferablyα-adrenaline- acting agent or imidazoline, preferably naphazoline, oxametazoline, tetrahydrozaline, phenoxanoline, indanazoline, tramazoline, tymazoline or xylometazoline, especially naphazoline or exametazoline to (A) an ion- introducing active agent preferably selected from curing agents, anesthetics, hormones and proteins. |
