PURPOSE:To provide an optical disk having such reflectance distribution as to facilitate inspecting or adjusting work as an optical disk used for inspecting or adjusting an optical disk player or pickup. CONSTITUTION:A light attenuating film is formed on the light transmitting surface of the substrate of a disk or the thickness or material of a reflecting film 4 is varied so that reflectance distribution from the inside of the disk toward the outside is imparted. Since reflectance is varied according to positions of one disk, the inspection or adjustment of an optical disk player or pickup is extremely facilitated. |
