PURPOSE:To provide an equipment capable of facsimile-transmitting the pictures of a film for medical use with an improved contrast. CONSTITUTION:A fluorescent lamp 18 is arranged so as to equivalently face each other with the entire surface of a transmission picture film 19 at the upper side of table glass 1 and light transmitted through the film 19 is inputted to a CCD 7, is converted to electric signals and is transmitted through a communication channel 13. Also, picture information from the CCD 7 and the picture information inputted from the communication channel 13 are stored in a hard disk 14.
