PURPOSE: To simplify operability and an operation by fitting a drum on a main deck so that it inclines forward and fitting a tension pole so that it can push a tape inside from outside the tape. CONSTITUTION: The tension pole 11 is positioned on the outside of the tape released and outputted from a supply reel 110 and pushes the tape inside. A tension arm to which the tension pole 11 is fitted passes through an unloading stop position ULS and an end sensor position ESP and it is in a state where it is detached to the outer side of the tape while it turns with a hinge part as a center. Thus, the tension pole 11 of the tension arm 26 pushes the tape on the outer side face of the tape 22, and gives tension to the tape with the contact force of a tension band 98 at the time of unloading the tape.
