PURPOSE:To obtain a nonmagnetic one component toner having a long life suitable for a copying machine or a printer of a nonmagnetic one component developing system which enables fixing at low temp., generates no sleeve fusion and generates no decrease of picture image concentration and no ground fogging at the time of continuously copying a lot of pieces. CONSTITUTION:The toner particles contain a styerne copolymer which has at least one peak position of the molecular weight respectively at 10<3> to 10<4> and 10<5> to 10<7> regions in a GPC chromatogram and have <=100 deg.C melting temp as a brinding resin. On the toner particle surfaces, Fe2O3 fine powders having <=20mn average particle size are stuck to form the nonmagnetic one component toner 3 and the nonmagnetic one component developing method uses the nonmagnetic one component toner 3.
