<p>PURPOSE:To obtain an image of high quality by a method wherein the coating solution of a photoconductive layer, on which fine particles are scattered, is coated after it has been dispersed in a high degree of 50% average particle diameter of specific value or lower using a light scattering diffraction method. CONSTITUTION:An electrode layer 13 is formed on a sub-state 15, and a photoconductive layer 14 is formed on the electrode layer 13. The photoconductive layer 14, on which particles are dispersed to a high degree of 50% average particle diameter of 0.5mum or smaller by a light scattering diffraction method, is coated with a coating solution. On the title photosensor, the field strength or the quantity of charge given to an information recording medium is amplified by the irradiation with light, and when voltage is continuously applied even after the irradiation with light, its conductivity is maintained, and it functions to give an electric field or an electric charge to the information recording medium. As a result, the image noise due to lead of black or white color and the like can be lessened, and an image of high quality can be obtained.</p> |
