PURPOSE:To make it possible to be adaptable for both lead frame mounting a pellet and lead frame mounting a plurality of pellets by providing a plurality of bonding pads on the pellet of a variable capacitance diode. CONSTITUTION:Two anode-connecting bonding pads 10 are provided on pellets 9a, 9b and 9c. When three pellets 9a, 9b and 9c are mounted on a package, the bonding pad 10 on the right side of the pellet A9a which is fixed to the first island 11 and the first anode lead 15 are wire-bonded, the bonding pad 10 on the right side of the pellet B9b, fixed to the second island 12, and the second anode lead 17 are wire-bonded. The bonding pad 10 on the left side of the pellet C9c fixed to the second island 12 and the third anode lead 18 are wire-bonded.
