Method of mfg. ball with industrial sewing machine

The ball is made by stitching regular polyhedrons (1-32) together using an industrial sewing machine. Twenty regular hexagons and twelve regular pentagons are stitched together, in a particular order, to form a capital S-shape. The dimensions of the sides of the hexagons and pentagons are identical. The end pentagons (1,32) are stitched in place after the S-shape has been formed. The closing of the ball is done by an industrial zigzag sewing machine. The stitching is preferably 3 mm from the edge, and at each corner there are reinforcing stitches.
