PURPOSE: To prevent the coloration caused by the reaction of aromatic polyvalent isocyanate with a color former even when aromatic polyvalent isocyanate is used by using aliphatic cyclic polyether polyol obtained by adding alkylene oxide to a specific diamino compd. as a polyol component. CONSTITUTION: A microcapsule is produced by emulsifying polyvalent isocyanate, aliphatic cyclic polyether polyol obtained by adding alkylene oxide to a diamino compd. represented by formula I and/or formula II and an internal phase containing a hydrophobic core substance in a water phase and adding polyvalent amine to the resulting emulsion and synthesizing a resin at the interfaces of liquid droplets to form the wall material of the microcapsule. In the formulae I, II, k is 1-2, j and m are 1-5 and h is 0-1. Pressure-sensitive copy paper produced using this microcapsule does not generate the lowering of developed color density and shows extremely excellent capacity against solvent resistance and pressure resistance. |
