A process is disclosed for separating and recovering pollutants from an exhaust air flow within a continuously operated, closed circuit. The invention is characterised in that the exhaust air flow comes into contact in an absorber unit with an absorption medium which absorbs the pollutants contained in the exhaust air flow. The pollutant-enriched absorption medium is led into a desorption unit in which the pollutants contained in the absorption medium are absorbed by a stripping medium. The pollutant-impoverished absorption medium is then led back into the absorber unit and the pollutant-loaded stripping medium is led through a steam permeation module which removes the pollutants from the stripping medium. |
