<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the overcompensation caused by a controller by estimating the state change value concerning a shape that is not appearing at the output of a shape sensor due to the dead time based on the operation command outputted to a vendor device and correcting the output of the shape sensor based on the estimated state change value. SOLUTION: A controller 100 consists of a shape change estimation mechanism 5, a shape correction mechanism 6 and a shape control mechanism 7. The mechanism 5 receives the command that is outputted to a vendor device 2 and estimates the shape change of a material to be rolled 3. The mechanism 6 corrects the output of a shape sensor 4 based on the output of the mechanism 5. The mechanism 7 acquires the output of the mechanism 6 and produces an operation command to be given to the device 2 for the shape control of the material 3. Thus, it's possible to control even a system that contains the sensor 4 having the dead time with high gain and with no overcompensation that is caused by the controller 100.</p> |
