PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a retaining means from causing malfunction and being turned off by noise at the time when a driver should be turned off, by switching the driver, according to the output of the ON of an output means in case that both outputs of two retaining means show ON. SOLUTION: The output of a noise filter circuit 130 is inputted into the S terminals and the R terminal, respectively, of first and second RS flip flops 101 and 102 being two retaining means, and they are set or reset at the same time. Next, logical sum of the outputs of these first and second RS flip flops 101 and 102 are operated by an AND circuit 103, and the output of this AND circuit 103 is inputted into a high side driver 104. Accordingly, only when both outputs of the first and second RS flip flops 101 and 102 are H, the output of the AND circuit 103 is turned on and the high side driver circuit 140 is turned off, and also in case of L, the high side driver circuit 104 is turned off. |
