The coiler (40) has a duct element (42) positioned after the press. It possesses two coilers (46,48) for an inner (14) and outer (12) length of plastics sheeting wrapping round the duct element as tubing. The coiler has a third sheet-coiler for a middle length of plastics sheeting (30) between the inner and outer sheets. The coiler is rotarily driven with the at least two coilers round the duct element which has a round, rectangular, spherically-crowned or conical cross-section.
