The cartridge contains a rotatable disc. An outer casing houses the disc, consisting of upper and lower shells. Each of the upper and lower shells has an inner surface facing one of the surfaces of the disc. A non-woven fabric liner consisting of bonded fibres is attached to the inner surface of one of the upper and lower shells, spaced at a predetermined distance from the respective surface of the disc. The fabric liner has a fuzzed region of upstanding fibres that extend to the surface of the disk. The upstanding fibres wipe the surface of the disc while the main body of the liner is kept away from the disc, thereby reducing drag.
