PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To seal CO2 favorably across a long term without receiving the effect of the foam by CO2 by constituting a seal by a material not swelled against CO2 and a material which a few permeation amount of CO2 . SOLUTION: A seal device 1 is formed by a first seal member 2 consisting of a material not swelled against CO2 and a second seal member 3 consisting of a material with a few permeation amount of CO2 integrally. In the use state, the facing contact parts 2b, 2c of the first seal member 2 are elastically deformed and contact parts 2e, 2f form a seal surface in relation to CO2 and the facing contact parts 3a, 3b of the second seal member 3 form the seal surface alike. Therefore, by using the first seal member 2 to a part M contacted to CO2 directly, the seal performance can be maintained, even a material allowing the permeation of CO2 slightly. The second seal member 23 is provided in the atmosphere side area O to prevent the exhalation to the atmosphere side area O after that CO2 permeates the first seal member 2. |
