PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize the loss of a battery saving effect of a mobile station without restricting grouping and assignment of an individual number to a mobile station and without increasing a communication traffic of a simultaneous calling channel in the case of group incoming call by a mobile station group configured to be one group over a plurality of groups. SOLUTION: Simultanous call channels are assigned on a control channel to be individual incoming call simultaneous call channels (PCH) 32-1-32-n and a group incoming call simultaneous call channel (GPCH) 33. A paging signal for group calling from a radio base station is transmitted from the group incoming call simultaneous call channel 33 and a mobile station to be called conducts reception only for a transmission timing 312 of the individual incoming call simultaneous call channel exclusive for a group to which the mobile station belongs and for a transmission timing 313 of the group incoming call simultaneous call channel.
