摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine a normal or abnormal state based on a tension value after correction so as to detect a real abnormality by correcting the measured tension value of a thread line corresponding to the changing rate of a detected measured value. SOLUTION: A traverse speed signal input section 17 counts a detected signal from a traverse speed sensor 14 and outputs it to a control section 19, and a winding speed signal input section 18 counts a detected signal from a winding speed sensor 15 and outputs it to the control section 19. For example, by using a polyester extended thread, a winding speed is set to 4800 m/min, a traverse speed to about 500 m/min and a traverse speed correcting factor KTR to 0.75. By using a traverse speed change rate (ΔVtr) by a traverse speed detected by the traverse speed sensor 14, a detected tension value from a tension sensor 13 is corrected to be in the state of a reverse direction (reverse matching) in the fluctuation direction of the traverse speed.
