摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To unnecessitate resistance which is high accuracy and high resistance and to enable integration by changing the resistance of an integrator to charge transfer elements consisting of a switching means and a condenser. SOLUTION: Charge transfer elements 11 to 13 consist of switching means SW1 to SW3 and condensers C1 to C3 respectively. Relating to the elements 11 to 13, a clock signal rises and aϕ1 side is turned on before aϕ2 side is turned off and theϕ1 side is turned on when theϕ1 side is off and theϕ2 side is on. The clock signal falls and theϕ2 side is turned on before theϕ1 side is turned off and theϕ2 side is turned on. Such operations are repeatedly performed. Thereby, when both theϕ1 andϕ2 sides are off, it is possible to prevent operation noise of digital circuits (a flip-flop 4, a microprocessor 5 and a counter 7) from being mixed to charges of the condensers C1 to C3 and to perform A/D conversion with high accuracy by performing the fall and rise of a clock signal.
