PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent corrosion of Nb by providing a layer which contains a first component inferior in halogen resistance and a second component excellent in halogen resistance and on which survival rates of the first and the second components continuously change in a single layer, in a conductive member positioned in an end part of a sealed vessel. SOLUTION: In an opening 2 of a light emitting tube 1, leads 4 (conductive materials) to which W electrodes 3 having tungsten coils on the tip are fixed, are airtightly sealed inside the light emitting tube 1 by glass frit 5. The leads 4 are composed of a material by adding Zr by 1% to Nb alloy, for example, Nb approximate in thermal expansion to ceramics, and a halogen resistant metallic thin film is formed on its surface through an attempering layer. In the attempering layer, its composition is mainly composed of Nb alloy in a part close to the leads 4, and is mainly composed of metallic halogen resistant metal in a part close to the metallic thin film, and its intermediate part is put in a continuously composition changing condition. The attempering layer is set not more than 3μm, and the metallic thin film is set to 2μm, and a thickness of the whole is set not more than 5μm.
