摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of cracking and peeling, the contamination of a photoreceptor and the adhesion of toners and to lower a friction coefft. by forming a skin layer of a polyolefin based urethane resin as a chief material. SOLUTION: The skin layer 202 is formed on the surface of a conductive rubber layer 201 and this skin layer 202 is formed of the polyolefin based polyurethane resin as the chief material. The polyolefin based polyurethane resin having volume specific resistance of 10<14> to 10<16>Ω.cm is used as the polyolefin based polyurethane resin forming the skin layer 202, by which the resistance value of the member is preferably regulated to a middle resistance region without compounding a conducting agent with the skin layer 202. If a drum-shaped intermediate transfer member 20a is formed, the conductive rubber layer 201 is formed on the outer peripheral surface of a drum-shaped substrate 200. The substrate 200 may be formed of materials, such as resins, aluminum alloy, iron alloy, copper alloy. A belt body may be formed of the conductive rubber layer 201 if the belt-like intermediate transfer member is formed.
