PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve work efficiency by describing a reference plane corresponding to a specified ground construction face, with laser beams, and moving a working machine while moving a uniforming plate of the working machine up and down following the reference plane. SOLUTION: A laser beam emitting part 33 is arranged in an optional position outside of a ground such as a soccer ground face to be an object of maintenance- construction work so as to describe a plane including specified inclination. When a uniforming working machine 60 is towed by a tractor, a laser beam receiving part 31 receives a plane signal H emitted from the laser beam emitting part 33. When a uniforming plate 63 is in a position deeper than specified depth, that is, when the beam receiving part 31 is on the lower side than a reference plane described by the plane signal H, an expansion cylinder 67 is expanded to enlarge a ground angleθof a supporting arm 65A of a press wheel 64 so as to move up the uniforming plate 63. When the uniforming plate 63 is in a position shallower than the specified depth, the expansion cylinder 67 is contracted to reduce the ground angleθof the supporting arm 65A so as to move down the uniforming plate 63. Work efficiency is therefore improved.
