The invention refers to a flexible abrasive wheel fitted with elastic blades, composed of two or several lamellar module wheels, mechanically assembled, on a powering shaft, using abrasive blades with a special shape, which can be mounted in the joining elements in the module wheel, such that a frontal groove wheel is obtained. By joining the module wheels on the shaft, the grooves of the wheels interpenetrate, forming a modular lamellar elastic wheel, which has a uniform action along its entire length.
